Our audition process

Step 1

Open principal auditions are held in our aim to 'search for a star'. Could you be the fresh new face of our next production?

Step 2

Pre-casting workshops take place, helping our new members to get to know everybody and help the production team visualise the show.

Step 3

After workshops, the full casting process for both supporting roles and chorus takes place.

Step 4

The show is cast and the daunting task of putting a show on the Theatre Royal stage begins.

Shrek the Musical (2025)

Kinky Boots (2023)

Grease (2022)

Spamalot (2019)

Cats (2018)
